To leave this world not knowing whether I had made an impact, if my actions will live up to date."

Memories flowing back one by one, of good and bad, as he hears the bell toll through his mind once more.

"I did everything I could, and now I'm leaving my lineage to those capable of accomplishing what I had done... But better. It's a shame we had to fight, had to try to kill each other, had... To do all of this... I really wanted to live long enough to see you blossom..."

And in a fleeing moment, he becomes whole, attaining the memories he sought after his entire unlife. Only for him to return to the place he had escaped once already, as the Bell tolls one final time.

"Farewell, I'll see you in the next one."

How foolish was I...

To think, that with I, a legacy had died.

When thee carry thine kin on thy back, and thou can no more, thee falls... And thee thinks, that thyself and others are forgotten.


But Champion is not a person.

They are an idea, a bleak, dark hope among pitch-black despair.

Maybe I was too wrong to judge too quickly, after hearing Mother's whisper end... They did not falter, they do not fear, but persist. Truly are, strugglers of this world...

Everything has an end... But when there's an end... There's also, a new beginning.

And there will always be a new one... Always a new one among them all, rising and rallying up against the stacked odds.
