I'm sorry. I always said I'd never allow myself to die because of the pain it'd bring to all those I loved, and yet I'm here now. I'm glad I don't have to watch everyone react to what's happened - that's a fate worse than death. As much as I tried to change my own reality it didn't work. I never stood a chance. I tried to be different, I tried to break out of the mold laid before me but I failed. Me and Athelaide became far too similar. That was a fate I dreaded, but it's the one that consumed me.

Now I have to live, or rather die, with that weighing down my soul.

No regrets befall me. If anything I only regret not listening to Niffty's words. I wanted to spend more time with you all, I wanted to cherish every moment we had together. Unfortunately I was called upon to do what no one else could. It almost ruined the relationships I managed to keep.

I'm sorry your brother had to die, Mya. I would've taken you on that fishing trip you so desperately desired but fate had other plans.

You've grown, Lexius. I'm proud. Never let anything get in the way of your pride.
