Forging in blood

Born in Blood, Made in the blood, undone by the blood

The old bones that once built the foundation of Asphodel, the now destroyed keep of the city, seems to be housing a rather old resident of the city. Faint flickers of light can be seen now and again as the warm glow of a furnace heralds the works of a smith. The sudden splashes of viscera, however, seems to show this is more than simple artificing. Blades crafted of bone and flesh begin to be left along in barrels outside and armour of sinew and muscle rest upon abandoned wooden mannequins in its barracks.

The art of bloodforging and what some would consider very basic fleshcrafting is very much alive and well. If these rumours are true, perhaps those with an interest could locate the old crone practising their decades long craft?

Maybe she'd even be willing to teach what she knows?

Quote:The forge grows silent, blood congealing over before hardening into stone. Whoever was once living here lives no more. Perhaps she never did, or perhaps finally the old Crone that occupied it was caught. Either way, it seems incredibly unlikely anyone will be able to make much use of the forge in such a state and any hopes of seeking out knowledge are certainly snuffed out.
