Formal note passes from the offices and chambers of Queen Claudia rei Pelleaux
    

"For each passing day our city grows safer and more secure, each institution within it constructed and maintained for that very purpose. I laud all of our citizens and valiant servants of Osrona for their tireless work in the name of that privileged security.

   

It is in the name of that security which we so desire, that the rule of House Pelleaux as a body has passed from Ulysses ven Pelleaux to myself.

  

In this magnanimous act, the bodies of Pelleaux Matriarch and Monarch of Osrona are now inseparably tied. A new dynasty descended from the line of Alistair ven Pelleaux, to my late father Eldin ven Pelleaux. By this venerable new mantle, the work of House Pelleaux and its continued descendents will carry on with righting the wrongs of its predecessors, and ensuring a lasting presence of comfort for our people."

    

Several notes of this address appear on handbills around the city at major junctions and thoroughfares. The respective Heads of House Grimmore and House Astor are invited in the near future to attend an audience with the Queen to discuss and elaborate on this new direction for the city.

  

A small service is said to have been held by Stellus Luna in the royal chapel in wake of this announcement, granting blessing and sanctity to the newly enshrined Head of State.

   

Furthermore, it's been rumored that the Pelleaux Queen will entertain general audiences from the public in the coming days.
