He believes he triumphs

Flyers litter and word of mouth spreads easily from the stylings of a particular hotheaded 

musician upon the mountain. The ideal is clear, accompanied by the hastily scribbled poem.

The Rhoynish Cosmic magi that allies himself with Osrona is to be brought to the Ebonblooded 

post haste. If one performs this feat they will be able to have a single item made by Emerson himself, a practiced 

and master artificer, free of charge, as well as a single item from within the boy’s stash if they bring forth Athelaide Naysien’s son, 

Veero Naysien, safe and sound.

In the depths of Osrona, a letter is written and given to a falcon to deliver to the north.
     

The boy has been freed from Osrona and is now in the arms of his family. There is no motivation. No reward wanted.

Favored rod will get you off the hook?

Lo and behold, Emerson's offer stands, albeit modified slightly:
Those who hand over that cosmically attuned Rhoynish to specifically Emerson, properly bound and dealt with,
will get a single item created by him as a master artificer. If you bring both the Rhoynish and
Veero's favourite fishing rod, you get an extra item from Emerson's stash.
