It was here your father garnered a fortune and carved a name for himself, driven purely by ambition and avarice. From the ground up he built the company known as The Gilded Hearts, the forefront of his economic endeavors.
Now? He stands as one of the greatest artificers the country has ever known in recent history.
Also, he blew up Pauper.
...And through perhaps some rather amoral methods, it would appear he's reproduced.

The once 'Shining Star' of The Gilded Hearts, your mother had her beginnings far off in the isolationist cities of Magnolia.
Having a habit of getting herself into trouble, and being kidnapped on at least one occasion -- Camilla was one of the few woman whom your father held in high regard during his time as a mortal.
For both her masterful work as an artificer, and her equally splendid talents as an alchemist, he soon found himself falling in love with her...
However upon hearing of some of his other affairs and his transformation into an immortal vampire, such ties were quickly severed.
...Its unlikely she even knows you exist.

About the children...

- You were born as test tube babies; a creation of your father in one of his many past times of practicing alchemy.

- You were born before your father's transition into becoming a vampire.

- While both of your parents were humans, spawning as a kitsune is also an available option.

- Much of your upbringing was spent rather sheltered, if not in absolute luxury.

- You've never met your mother, but as both of your parents were masters of their crafts, its quite possible you may take to such things.

- Your magic is up to you to decide, though the pyromancy of your father has a very likely chance of being carried down.

- Your father is rich -- Like REALLY rich, its sort of a big part of how he acts. If you ask nicely you might be entitled to some of it, though don't count on it.

-Under the strict tutelage of both your father, and your 'uncle' Avilov pyr Volkova, you've received a firm education that has imbued within you a staunch belief in Barsburgian ideals and philosophies... Along with a bit of your father's own more hedonistically inclined ideas.

- Appearance wise, you're most likely to resemble your father in many regards, with a high probability of green or gold eyes along with platinum hair.

- Learning Riftmancy or similarly vile arts are very much on the table, but vampirism is extremely unlikely.
- Your 'grandfather' is the Archlich Nidaz, though not by blood. If you desire to learn any of his arts, you may be eligible to receive classes from him personally.

- You can spawn in as soon as possible, there will be several children, I haven't decided on an exact amount.
