• Magics are up to you, don't feel obligated to go one way or another based on your mother. She wouldn't force anything on you except the fact that learning magic in itself is a must. You are an Aertas and most importantly you are her children as such there is a very high bar of set for you to reach. 
  
• May or may not have the chance at coming into possession of some fancy dev items depending on the paths you take. 
  
• You weren't raised in Osrona and likely see most of Esshar as your home as opposed to one singular city, all the same your mother is a priestess so there is a baseline affiliation there.
