Her goals are made known to the world when word hits the Shimmering City about the young Docro's planned assault. Spies managed to recover valuable information: the purpose and time of the event, as well as the funds that the Matron's Mirror will be gathering.

The loyal dogs of the ven Pelleaux have been under the leash of the crown for far too long. It's time for a change of pace! Wouldn't it be wonderful to turn fate itself around and establish my oh so favorite family as having complete leadership over the city? I would be delighted to see my dear Silvia establishing treaties, to see Eldin, what a smart boy, leading forces into battle. I know how you holy people are, though. You have your oaths. The Aspect of Carnage has been silent since it's revival, but a loud howl across Esshar heard, calling for the tribes to prepare for war.

Warriors, Scouts and Hunters prepare their finest garb, sharpened weapons to join the Family on the attack of the Shimmering City. The gathering of sacrifices essence for the Spirit Receptacle from enemy soldiers in the battlefield.

Capture of any of the Petrakis family.

"How I've come to find both the Docros and those of Moxtli is, sadly. Disappointing. The former, see an act of war as a source of entertainment. That they are so bored with their selfish frivolity, that they must instead seek to harm the lives of others remains nothing more than sad. That they seem to be living amongst Asphodel? I find perhaps entertaining.

No longer pleased with having bled Achyon of all its wealth, they must instead join with the bloodsuckers to make Asphodel decay as well? At least like lives amongst like then.

As for Moxtli and Sibyl, she fashions herself as a predator, yet the very boy we were going to save, she released. And then barked as if she had any control over the situation at all. As if she isn't so desperate for a way to unify her people, she practically begged for Osrona to assault her city.

She treats her people as tools for power. With no respect for their lives.

To the people of Moxtli, who wish peace, to the Rhoynish who wish for vengeance on the Docros, I offer sanctuary, and a home. Osrona's gates will welcome you. If you wish to fight, then fight with us. If you wish for safety, you'll be granted it.

For a long time, I have gone allowing my feelings to lay dormant.  I stood beside the Docro family even as I watched them perform acts of ruthlessness again and again. Perhaps this is where I failed Seth, in the end. There was something different in Seth, something his own father couldn't control. Perhaps not everyone could see it, but I did. Admired it, even while his own father wished to squash it. Over the years of gaining the Docro's trust, I have done things I am not proud of. I've never been a good person, nor have I acted to be - but everything I did in the end was for my home. Moxtli. To lead them into a better tomorrow, to a more powerful and primal way of living. Freedom from the chains that had bonded us to Osrona for so long. I can't judge Sibyl for her business or personal decisions with the Docro family, for I had planned to be no different in that regard.

She's still a crazy bitch who I want dead. Let that be established now.
