become free either due to the Petrakis’ goodwill or the dismantling of the monarchy eventually… Many 

still suffer. Throughout Aegis, their people are forced into terrible situations. 

Blair decides to do something about it, at last.

And it most certainly isn’t buying their people out of bondage.

They intend to destroy the system which found them in bondage in the first place.
