There would be a poster placed across Esshar on multiple boards, hand written with fine print.

"To all warriors who believe themselves to be the best with their sword, this challenge goes out to you. I, Leonard am offering you a chance to display your strength. This is not a challenge for blood but a challenge to display skill and hone ones own ability. I am in the process of trying to hone my own ability with a sword as well, but I say this-- Do not take me lightly because I am young."

Under the writing, would be an optional wager. Victor gets 200 Coin from the loser.
