Within the last few years an emergent group of men acquired aggrandizement in business and considerate recognition of their clientele. Whispers and propaganda come and go, and they say the association is acknowledged as The Family. While banal commerce owners are limited on their activity, The Family are known for not being as magnanimous as other businessmen. Mostly, their vocation relies upon selling illegal substances, ransom, wagers and "disappearances". Outside of this heinous, putrid crime world, they also have common stability in the market, trading and selling more accepting products.

Their hierarchy is as follows:

Padrone: Every administration needs an apex, and this is where the Boss comes from. Sitting at the top of the chain of command, their power is pretty much unlimited. Also known as The Father, their word is always final.
Consigliere: The Council is the Father's direct influence. Distributing orders, handling complicated "requests" and choosing a plan of action; All tasks of the Consigliere.
Caporegime: Caporegime, or Capo for short, are the bosses of individual squads. Some privileged few get to talk to the Padrone directly, although usually their orders are received from the Consigliere. Most operations are handled directly by the Caporegime.
Soldato: After attaining this position, they are trusted to be a de facto part of the family. Most of the work is executed by these, depending on the complexity.
Associate: Associates are the majoritarian part of the Family. The associates are helpful to the family and its organization, but are kept at a respectful distance; Unaware of the wheel they turn themselves, more often than not. Some, if trusted and proven loyal enough, can progress to the rank of Soldato.
