"There is nothing wrong. Keep working. Listen to the council."
ᔸ Recently, traitors have emerged within the ranks of Achyon's military, however, dissent is not accepted. Nekra Bullwark was executed, publically crucified to set an example, as one of their leaders - and others received dire punishment. Rumors say Don Docro went as far as killing his own niece, since she planned to disrupt the status quo. Even if the rebellious men pose no threat, all cockroaches will be removed from Achyon.
ᔸ Glade has been accepted by the council as our third military leader.
ᔸ A clear call to arms has been sent out, with military production ramping up more than ever. Soldiers are drilled, formations are perfected, and tactics established. A general, repeating order makes its way through the ranks.
Quote:The Moxtli seem to be of the opinion that they can claim what they wish without concern, without conflict. We will prove them wrong. Starfall Island is a place of strategic importance too great to ignore. The invaders wish to own it? They can brave hell for it.
ᔸ Osrona and Achyon have signed a ceasefire term.
Quote:I have recently changed my opinion regarding the Shimmering City. During Ryker's wedding, no opposing nation dared to step foot, despite my open invitation. Yet, Alistair was there to celebrate the union between my Nephew and Matryona with an ostentatious gift.
My family has important views on wedding, and such acts may have changed my mind. Whilst I am not fond of Osrona, and we are certainly resuming our conflict after the Moxtli, I have come to the conclusion our war with the tribesmen puts not only my city at stake;
The Moxtli have a war against civilization. Against progress.
Aprioristically, they must be purged first.
To celebrate the ceasefire, I will be hosting a party inside my manor, for soldiers and knights. Drink, men, because alcohol solves differences. Date soon to be decided.
ᔸ Trik Gutterrunner has openly abdicated of his seat in the Council, transferring his legislative powers to Nidaz. Wolfgang was given a seat to represent our economy. Anastasia pyr Aertas will be replacing Amelia pyr Aertas, under the excuse of work. The Fleshmancer addressed to the people.
Quote:Now that I am in Trik's position, as the head of the Fleshcrafters, I will be taking over all of his projects! And that includes teaching new people the art of Fleshcrafting.
Therefore, those who wish to learn this beautiful and amazing art and also those who wish to be loyal to the empire - come to me. I will be waiting for new apprentices.
Also, I will preferably accept those who already have basic knowledge of human anatomy. This makes everything easier.
ᔸ We have secured the Core of a Primordial: Achlys, the Forgotten Son. Project ADAM is soon to be completed. Some say this came with a great cost to the venturous soldiers.
ᔸ The Military has been reorganized by Commander Glade.

- Recently, there have been talks of more Dryad joining the quiet, mysterious tribe! Nature Magi too, seem to have found home deep within the Celestial Ruins, progressing their magics under the guidance of the spirits.
- Talks of diplomacy with the other tribes, as well as with Osrona and the Fireblooded have been the subject of many rumors. It appears that the Chieftess' daughter, Hyacinth, has been chosen to represent the Meleai as an emissary.
- Chieftess Carnivore has stated that the patron deity of the tribe is now recognized as Asena herself. Being the tribe's core tenet is that of survival, it seems suiting that they would follow a path opposite to the nature of the Black Wolf. In that regard, the tribe has also seemed to develop a focus on the elimination of Saekanis' cultists in Esshar.
- A project to restore the Celestial Ruins has begun within the tribe! It strives to keep the wildlife of the sanctuary alive, repair the broken walls and upper levels, rebuild the statues of worship there, and clear out the innumerable skeletons of dead animals and people that have been collecting over the decades. It seems like the goal is to bring the ruins back to it's former glory, and make it far less dangerous to explore. Rumor is Carnivore may have fallen through the ceiling from the upper floor at least twice...
- Carnivore has claimed that the Seal of Saekanis is failing, and that the Dread Winter may soon be upon Esshar once more. A second Pandemonium Chase..?
- Overall, the political situations surrounding the Meleai still remain tense and unknown. They seem to be keeping to themselves, and denying intruders access to the ruins. The only true allience, is some sort of deal struck with the Crab King's Army... Mutual protection?

With the battle of Starfall concluding in Moxtli’s favor, the residents of the forest have slowed in their active hunting to take the time to mourn for those who have fallen fighting bravely. Through the tragedy of loss, however, it’s a time both for reflection and optimism for what lies ahead.
Those of the current council along with former council member Gou Meztin have provided a statement to the public regarding their vision for the future of Moxtli.
Quote:D’noxa Aba: "In the coming days I will be revealing something grand for the people of Moxtli. A project myself, Tono, and Aerilon had a large hand in forging across the last decade.
With it alongside the building of the Academy marks a new age for us all, in defiance of the viewpoints of others that would make us appear as savages.
Expect the reveal soon, and expect more to come."
Quote:Yaluk Ixtan: "I have big endeavours planned for the longevity of Moxtli. Alongside my people, I will be partaking in various expeditions to obtain rare technology in the hopes of protecting my homeland from outside threats such as the tyrants of Achyon.
Furthermore, the progression and completion of Starfall Academy is my next priority. The interactive education of a new generation will bring great benefits to our society in the long run. Growing up and learning curriculum alongside foreign students will allow our youth to prosper and accept the differences between our kin at a young age. Whether it be the youth Moxtli or the Fireblooded, I hope their shared experience one day leads to a more tolerant, intelligent Esshar.
This is merely the beginning of Moxtli's renaissance. Alongside my fellow leadership and loyal warriors, I intend to take our traditions and elevate them to newer heights."
Quote:Gou Meztin: "Right, so- I’ll be honest. Very honest, I’ve been slacking as of late. I’m aware of it, and no doubt most of you are as well, but… That’s going to change, very, very soon. I have a few projects in mind, that I’m rather keen to start up, as well as assisting with the Academy as much as I can.
I will be here to help guide our people, and offer any advice to those who need it. Though I’m unsure how much people want to listen to this slothful wolf, but, I will be here. I promise.
So please, forgive me for my inactivity, I’ll do everything within my power to make up for it.
-Oh, and any nature, and earth magi? Please feel free to come seek me out. I'll need your help for that project I mentioned!"
Quote:Rachelle: "We've been through a lot lately, but we've grown from it! Admittedly I don't have a whole lot to say that hasn't already been said. I'll do my part in keeping things organized, lively, and fun in Moxtli and I'm looking forward to running the upcoming tournament alongside Chieftain Yaluk!
Beyond that, I'll be doing what I can to plan more adventures for us all to embark on together. Moxtli has limitless potential in my eyes and I'd like to see what sort of future we can achieve together. Some may call us irrational, horrible beasts, but to me? You're all family and people I'm proud to have the honor of guiding and protecting.
Let's see just sort of wonderful things we can achieve together! For now, we'll be focusing primarily on our growth. I know we'll do great."
• Eiji is in the process of working on a big project regarding fire and Gou Meztin is in the process of working on a big project regarding nature. If you’re able to assist with either, approach them for further details.
• Additionally, a project to ensure Moxtli as a whole remains protected is going to soon be initiated by Yaluk Ixtan. It’s rumored that Rachelle has begun to seek out the whereabouts of a Primordial to aid in this effort. An expedition for Moxtli can be anticipated sometime in the near future.
• A tournament organized by Chieftess Rachelle and Chieftain Yaluk Ixtan is to be taking place soon. It’ll be sponsored by the UFC and more details will be announced soon (The tournament will take place on Saturday the 21st).
• Each of the three council members have determined their Second-in-Command: Feiyan is the Warchief for D’noxa Aba, Eiji is the Warchief for Rachelle, and Gou Meztin is the Warchief for Yaluk Ixtan. Their authority is to be respected accordingly.
• Along with this, Tono’tli has been promoted to Cat Sage to impart traditional wisdom upon the younger beastkin of Moxtli and Itzcali is now Yaluk Ixtan’s personal advisor. Further promotions are due to occur sometime soon. If you’d like to personally recommend anyone for a promotion, approach one of the three council members and state your case.
• An effort will soon be made to expand Moxtli's population as well as the amount of structures within the forest due to the overall growth of the village's influence in Esshar.
• D'noxa will be unveiling the fruits of her labor over the past decade in the near future, something that will surely benefit Moxtli as a whole.
• Starfall Academy is soon to be up and running. Come one, come all!
Current relations to Moxtli:
- Osrona and the Deep Company are Neutral
- Achyon is an Enemy
- The Fireblood are an Ally

The City of Magic:
1811 AC
The City of Magic retains it's forward hold of Baleford Bridge, still at war with the Fireblooded Temple and The Deep Company.
In the interim several key shifts in military hierarchy took place. Haruki lux Taiyang was placed on reserve as a knight, Aelrin Alcast replacing him as Radiant and Malakai filling the other open void of Radiant. This leaves them and Tybalt lux Mighas under Lightbearer Cristole's leadership.
Internal affairs progress positively, infrastructure built upon in the poorer districts. The citizens of the city enjoy the protection of the Dawn Order and the growing prominence of The Faith. The Stellus, Geztelle ven Pelleaux's act of the divine to restore her leader Archmagi Amori's vision is regarded as a miracle by the common folk. It has been appropriately referred to as White Magic, with rumors that the entire Cathedral shook with white illumination.
In terms of warfare, a ceasefire with Achyon has been agreed upon. Osrona put out this statement earlier in the year, spread by newspaper:
"There are no open borders between Achyon and Osrona outside of non-combatants or those with express permission. One time direct invitations do occur but beyond that we're in a ceasefire."
Regarding other nations, the past few years have led to evolving tensions between Osrona and the Tribes of Moxtli. The clash of cultures becoming more apparent with every day that passes. Even with the agreement on the Starfall territory, the cities act of exiling Moxtli from it's walls has done little to stop the two from interacting. Following a public Osronan execution which caused outrage from the Tribes, a diplomatic meeting was organized. It went awry when allegedly a battle broke out. Erupting the cold war into outright war.
The Archmage Amori addresses his people:
Quote:Osronans,
It has been a long time coming, the Tribes of Moxtli have decided to show their true colors. With this our city stands at a political impasse.
The situation so cut and dry it will be unable to be won with words or reason, only sheer strength and an unbreakable will.
To explain, following an execution of a law breaking Moxtli tribesman, the Tribes took offense to our public display of justice. They invited us to a meeting of diplomacy with our only stipulation being Lannis Grimmore, Osrona's known enemy not be in attendance. They broke our term when we honored all of theirs and peacefully we tried to leave.
Osrona does not lend an ear to liars. Our great city does not entertain those who deal in bad faith.
Moxtli's leadership makes no effort to hide what happened next. They ambushed us with cries that it was what Moxtli wanted. Overwhelming our knights won. With no casualties and Di'or Toryia captured by my hand, they once more resorted to demands instead of surrender or remorse.
I executed Di'or Toryia in response.
Their actions were a declaration of war. My action was just recompense. However they'll paint it in some fanatical way.
They will claim dishonorable while they strike for our backs. They will claim we're cowards while they cower from meeting us honorably.
Do not look at their words instead to their actions.
The first battle will be to take back Starfall Island, to return it to what it should be: a place of diplomacy. To show our enemies that civilisation still has a place in this great country.
This will not be a victory easily taken. We may suffer defeat at times but know victory sits on the horizon waiting for us to claim it. We will win this war.
Within my last state address I left something unsaid, to be read between the lines. It flew right over Moxtli's head so I'll reiterate clearly for the Tribes.
Our resolve will not only make mountains bow or the seas shift, it will trample forests, overrun deserts and warm tundra's.
We will overcome even the darkest winters, for not even that will smother our light.
I hereby announce Osrona's declaration of war upon the Tribes of Moxtli.
Shortly after, the Stellus of The Faith speaks:
Quote:Good people of Osrona,
It is with a heavy heart that I endorse the declaration of war upon the Tribes of Moxtli. The Order of the Second Dawn will have full support from the one True Church. For years we have sought nothing but peaceful reconciliation and understanding from Moxtli, making agreements which we have always adhered to.
From their unprovoked attacks to their banditry- we have sustained a flurry of injustice and wanton aggression from a state that attempts to paint itself as morally superior. I stand here and tell you today that this is not the case, not now and not ever prior. They seek nothing but more bloodshed, hypocrites who have blinded themselves several times over.
Their consistency is laughable, and they have only made a mockery of their own tenents. They point to our breaking bread with Achyon as a point of contention and moral deplorability, but nothing could be further from the truth. We do not sit with Achyon under the terms of friendly alliance, but rather, a temporary ceasefire to handle a much larger, much more potent threat to the livelihood of our people. Achyon knows quite well that I abhor their arts, their practices, and that one day we will undoubtedly come to blows.
Moxtli, on the other hand? They act only in their own self-interest, and always have. From one batch of leaders to the next, they have spit upon the good will and respect of the Shimmering City, and this simply will not stand.
We march into war not to kill, but to deliver just recompense. We seek to deliver those who have been blinded by hypocrisy and corruption the opportunity for self reflection, the opportunity to repent. Osrona is just, it is fair, but it has a firm hand. The ritualistic and barbaric ways of Moxtli have been allowed to fester for far too long.
The divine are on our side, the stars shine upon us brighter on this moment than any other prior. Keep your heads up, march with pride, and deliver your city a swift victory. We will not relent, we will not allow the enemy to make a mockery of us, to hurt our innocents, to threaten our way of life, to so blatantly give in to falsities and spew nothing but poison-tipped lies.
We are lions.
-Geztelle ven Pelleaux - Prophet of Maltziel, Stellus of the True Church
After their declaration of war, Osrona halts it's northern advances upon the Tarian Mounterlands. The Order reroutes it's magi forces to contest the Starfall Territory. Now fighting enemies on nearly every side, there is no doubt that these wars will be harder to close out. Much to the increasing dismay of Osrona's common folk.
Moxtli, The Fireblooded and The Deep Company are exiled from Osrona from the year 1811. Until further notice.

1811 AC | The Year of Bloodshed | War
---
The past year has marked the start of a power struggle within the jungle, many small tribal leaders attempting to claim the empty spot left on the Council following Rachelle's retirement from leadership, scrambling to find another worthy enough to fill her large shoes. Moxtli's internal affairs were in disarray with nobody really sure about what Moxtli's future had in store. Expeditions were scrapped and the construction of new infrastructure came to a halt. However, when uncertainty in the Tribes was at its peak, the former Warchief Eiji quickly stifled any doubt remaining by rising to power as Chieftain of Moxtli, naming Itoxual as his new Warchief- both supported by Yaluk Ixtan.
The Tribes were once again under the proud leadership of Beastkin exclusively.
Respite reigned over Moxtli, but the execution of Itzul within Osrona created a chain reaction of unfortunate events. A meeting turned sour once again ignited the furnaces of war, the death of Di'or only adding salt to the wound. Following the two deaths, the Tribes of Moxtli prepare to march into war once more along with their Fireblooded allies. The new Council delivers a speech to its people in response to Osrona.
Quote:Yaluk Ixtan
One true religion? One truth faith? One true church?
... are these the people criticizing the cultures of others?
I have nothing left to say to these zealots. My flames will speak for themselves.
You forget an animal is far more dangerous when backed into a corner.
Quote:Chieftain Eiji
People of Moxtli and Esshar alike! My grand audience! Once more we find ourselves on the cusp of yet another performance where racists try to storm the forests. Once more we will find them running from our claims with less moxie in their chests.
Yet… It bothers me - The words of Amori and their kin alike. So let’s go down the list, shall we?
Osrona prides itself on being the holy city yet, strange enough, they hold a ceasefire on people that meld the flesh of the dead and living into monstrosities! While their Stellus prides themselves on their tenets their own consistency is laughable in turn. Their own brother remains a racist - I still have not forgotten how he tossed Tono’tli aside and said to him, “Do not make me do something I would ENJOY.”
Pitiful Pelleauxs, aren’t they?
Then there comes Amori… One so holy they can barely find the moment to give another mercy. We’ve heard it from those that have left the city, they know not what has happened to one they look up to so fondly. So I ask you, Moxtli and Esshar alike…
Are we the bad guys in this performance, or are those that scream of justice the true villains in Esshar’s next act?
Quote:Shaman D'noxa
My people.
Once more we've seen nothing but a disreputable sense of justice from Osrona. When we've held prisoners in the past, crimes or not, even the traitor Zumurrud was given a chance at freedom in one way or another. Though neither did we put them down locked away, neither did we fight them with unfair numbers to ensure their demise.
The Archmagi can speak with his forked tongue as much as he likes, in the end it will end up pressed upon the shoes of the Achyonites and Fleshcrafters he seems to enjoy too much to destroy. A Stellus who boasts being blessed by Maltziel, only to let such evil fester and grow while they would assault us alongside them. This sounds much more like a proper alliance than a ceasefire, does it not..? Though while I will not defend Itzul's actions, he was provoked by a man so cowardly he won't dare step beyond his walls to face me in single combat. Let there be no mistake, it was this act of provocation that started all of this.
These are the very people who are coming to claim the land we have secured. Cowards who hide until they hold an advantage. A small battle was won, but the best of Moxtli have yet to clash blades with them. The best of Moxtli have yet to inspire fear into the hearts of Osronan Knights with their cries of battle. A clash was lost, but we will not lose a war.
Their Prophet may squeal all she likes about what we do, but it means naught. One who would boast following the path of Saints, yet is more tolerable of the creation of abominations of both flesh and machine? Truly a hypocritical enigma, but one to expect from a city with a reputation for putting a shining paint over rot.
They call us barbarians, but our way of life is what makes us strong. Remember, we do not fight alone. The Spirits fight alongside us, they watch us, and they protect us. So as they dare march upon us instead of the true enemy, we will show them that craven men have no place fighting against the Tribes of Moxtli.
Quote:Itoxual
"You know it is kind of funny to see the Hunters being hunted. Although, what is surprising is that Osrona has killed more of our people than we have theirs and apparently we're the problem. To be born in a land where Spirits is all that we learn only to see the 'City of Magic' and the 'City of Metal' going to each others' weddings. Kind of FUCKED!
Oh well, not like it was meant to be. The city that doesn't believe in gods or kings signing a ceasefire with the city that holds that high and mighty. I'll never understand but maybe I'm too dumb to figure it out. Maybe I'm just to sullied over the fact that our people is scurried. But! We're building back up and we'll never cower in fear against any enemy. Not when our lives are on the line. Patience is everything but to rush in to protect what we hold true is too."
Moxtli is at war with Achyon and Osrona. It is allied with the Fireblooded and has good relations with the Deep Company.

The Shimmering City of Magic:
1812 AC
The Second Dawn Order garrisons the Starfall Territory soon after claiming the island. Victorious, however not without loss. The notable casualty being Blue Lion Guild Leader Sol Albright.
Whatever amalgamation of cultures and projects started on the island by Moxtli and those who inhabited it prior is mostly stripped away. The Tribes military outpost replaced with the prestigious defenses of Osronan knights.
On their advance to the island territory, The Faith follows them, spread either by word of mouth or by construction of chapels. Despite the clear signs of Osronan religion now on Starfall Island, the Irradiated Shrine is left untouched. Perhaps a sign of inclusion. After all it is the only Osronan territory that allows worship of another religion.
Once more does the leader of the city, Amori, speak.
Quote:I'll make this very clear, Moxtli. Do not slander God, the Church or our beloved Stellus.
Osrona. Hold your heads high knowing we won a battle, not against another civilisation but against people operating with no rhyme or reason. No principles or convictions.
Our victory was not without sacrifice however. We lost Sol Albright, a man that preferred words over bloodshed and yet was still the first in battle to defend his home.
As such, with this territory claimed in Osrona's great name, it will be returned to what it should be. A haven for words.
Where Baleford is the bridge of trade and commerce between Osrona and the far western coast of the country, Starfall Island will be the link of diplomacy between nations.
Haruki Taiyang will act as it's warden, to help oversee future summits and maintain the reprieve from war. To ensure we don't find ourselves in this situation again, the territory will no longer be exchanged between hands under the false guise of neutrality.
Instead it will permanently remain under the benevolent protection of Osrona and her allies.
Now I want to speak more personally.
Growing up I had always heard Osrona fondly called the Shimmering City. It never felt that way to me. I always felt like it could be more especially because of the destruction left by the Black Winter.
That was until our victory at Starfall. We've not only maintained our sovereignty, we've defeated each of our enemies and emerged stronger because of it.
As such, I have no doubt in my heart.
Under my reign we will make Osrona the Shimmering City once more.
The wealth collected from each of Osrona's territories is distributed among it's city-state. Instead of forsaking the common folk for technological advancement or military gain, the Archmagi has shown his priorities lie in increasing the quality of life for his people.
The olden walls and structures are reinforced to make the city and its direct allies truly worthy of it's name as a prosperous, shining city.

1812 AC
All of the bloodshed never ceases.
Many people have died, and many more will continue to fall as time marches on.
The Fireblooded Temple has seen the vast majority of its Dragonlords retired from their post upon the end of the simultaneous battles with Achyon and Osrona.
In the battle's wake, new enemies have been made, and relations that were already unfriendly have turned into genuine hostility.
All Fireblooded were met with a statement by their Den-Mother as the smoke and fire came to a stop.
Quote:- DUNIYA VARTUUL -
Fireblooded.
Acolytes, Heralds, Councilmen.
We've failed.
Once more, our forces proved to lack the decisiveness and strength required to seize the battlefield.
It has lost life and love in equal measure. The world's flame shines dimmer because of this failure.
I do not want to hear excuses, reasonings, justifications...
I do not want to hear anything. It is time for the lot of you to listen.
Many people know that in my formative years, I was wretched.
A weakling. I could not stand on my own two feet without someone else's help.
Far away from who I am today.
Our failings are a direct result of my own. For far too long I have played the role of Nurturer.
Instructor. Mentor. Perhaps even Friend.
My mother would never have treated me as kindly as I treat all of you.
Even with my impotence and depraved nature weighing me down.
This type of guidance does not breed Fireblooded.
It breeds weaklings that cannot uplift one another without being bolstered by one greater than them.
Thus, a new chapter begins in our great temple's history.
Those of you who prove yourselves inept or as absentee from our rituals will be removed from the exalted halls of the Temple of Garljing's Coat.
Anyone found to be acting against our codes and tenets after being evicted will be fed to the Black Dragon Dyn as a sacrifice.
No longer will this temple abide fragility and weakness.
We will reduce those who have wronged us and our families to naught but ashes.
However, if you want to wear Garljing's Coat,
you must be prepared to bear its weight.
If you were ever worthy of calling yourself Fireblooded, this announcement should do nothing but bolster your resolve.
Now more than ever, walk with pride, and never falter.
Those who walk among the slopes of Tarian now occasionally find themselves subject to ear-splitting roars, and a winged shadow sometimes blotting the sun out from upon them.
The rumors are starting to spread faster and faster of the beast that prowls the temple grounds and beyond.

The Shimmering City of Magic:
1813 AC
The years 1812 to 1813 AC was host to a number of profound changes within the City of Magic. From the increased wealth of their territories, Osronans enjoyed prosperity that alludes to the start of a golden age. The Second Dawn Order continued with overwhelming recruitment and The Faith's increasing influence remained a stalwart tenet of the common folk and rich alike.
In the past decade Osrona's accomplishments have shaped the city's stellar reputation. The victory at the Celestial Temple and subsequent archmagedom. The fortification of Baleford and the retaking of Starfall Island. Finally in the last year, the peaceful return of House Grimmore under Atticus ven Grimmore's leadership, making Osrona home to the Primary Nobility and Celestial Trinity once more. The citizens are skeptical but perhaps such a wound can be healed. Several pieces of legislation pass to signify the merge. Documents signed and a known tax implemented on the Grimmore estate to restore the wealth lost. Though, as usual, things are rarely quiet for long in this country.
It comes time for another address by the chosen Archmagi.
Quote:It is not with a heavy heart but instead a righteous soul with which I give this speech today.
To elucidate our steps forward, we must first reflect back on our recent past.
Under my leadership we have achieved what we set out to.
We caged the barbaric dragonkind to the north. We defeated the savage tribes to the south. And while doing all of this, we removed the pirates from our eastern seas.
We purged the corrupt Grimmore and fate rewarded us with a new Patriach who willingly makes reparations and may very well restore their legacy.
However there will always be more.
Our obstacles thus far have prepared us for the Empire to the West. While they are civilised, they are also our direct antithesis.
While we worship the God of Eternia, they create their own. We revere the Primordials and they seek to use them. While we burn Hel magic, they accept it.
It would only be a matter of time before we once more clash.
With Osrona seeing the return of its Red House and the ceasefire term meeting it's designed end, there is no better time then now.
As such, I officially announce the continuation of our war with Achyon and it's Empire.
Knights are seen travelling from the esteemed place of trade, Baleford, to the nearby Silverwall Mines. The location which would serve as the first battlefield of many.

After the conclusion of the battles to decide ownership of Starfall and Silverwall, the lands around Moxtli seemed to grow quiet. Time was taken to mourn, to bury their dead, to honor their Spirits.
Though the result of the two-pronged defeat would only be growth and self-reflection.
Emerging from the temple deep within the center of their forests, word quickly spreads throughout the Tribes as D'noxa Aba makes an announcement.
Quote:"The Council failed you, and I allowed it to happen. It took this defeat to make me realize that in the years since becoming a member of the Council that we have changed, become too much like the world around us.. and I let that influence hold sway. Though that will be the case no longer. No more will those who take dishonorable action in talks of diplomacy be allowed to hold any sway, and no longer will those external influences plague us.
Our ways are what made us strong, what keeps us strong, and what will give our children strength. In light of these events, and with the support of the majority of the Council there has been a change in the way the Moxtli will be led overall. From now on two seats upon the Council will serve in an advisory role, and the third is abolished. By this I mean my own seat, but I am not resigning my place in the slightest. From now on, until the Moxtli stand strong once more, I alone will hold the sole word and authority to decide the fate of our people.
The Spirits will guide us all, and as I have been their voice for many years, it is time I also become the Voice of the Moxtli as a whole.
For the time being we will not march our forces upon any lands, and we will not take a single step onto a battlefield unless we must. The near future will be a time of self-reflection, and a time to better understand ourselves and our people. In the coming days I will be focusing my spare efforts into another project, one even greater than the construct that now serves as our Guardian.
I hope to repair the damage that has been done, and may the Spirits protect you all."
--D'noxa Aba, the Voice of Moxtli
- D'noxa is searching for Nature Magi to help with a special project, if interested she asks you either find her or send a letter to establish contact!
- Chieftain Eiji is searching for some young and upcoming Warriors to take up a journey, potentially a great way to distinguish oneself from their peers.
- Classes will soon be open to any Tribemate willing to learn more of the Spirits, as once more the search for an Apprentice resumes! (Every Monday 5 EST, see D'noxa for more details!)
- Rumors spread an internal tournament may soon be held for the youth, a chance for the budding warriors to earn glory and rewards while testing their skills.
- Those of the Tribes are encouraged to pursue projects to help their peers, or offer suggestions on areas that need improvement.
- Word also spreads of efforts being made to revive the fourth of the Maloti patron Spirits!

"Glory to the Empire."
ᔸ A clear call to arms has been sent out. Soldiers are drilled, formations are perfected, and tactics established. Though this call to arms doesn’t seem to note an offensive front of any kind, instead a defensive focused spread of manpower across Achyonan territories is observed, with key bastions being manned and guarded at all times.
ᔸ Matryona pyr Docro has been made the fourth Commander of Achyon’s military forces.
Quote:"It should go without saying that we've no tolerance for those that don't contribute to the Empire. Ensure you're respecting authority and that which provides for you."
Commander Matryona pyr Docro.
ᔸ Large quantities of construction materials being carried by labor forces and the shambling undead thralls of Achyonan’s fleshcrafters are seen gathering around the Silverwall Mines as a project for colonial expansion seems to be taking place. A large group of laborers are also seen dragging an enormous drill down through the mine’s entrance, which seems to be undergoing it’s own underground expansions as well.
ᔸ Councilor Wolfgang’s seat upon the Achyonan Council has been left vacant, and no word of a replacement has been openly discussed. Luca pyr Docro has been seen less and less in the public eye lately, and word has spread that Ryker pyr Docro has also taken residence in the Don’s chair upon the Council floor.
ᔸ Progress continues on Project ADAM, with word of a major expedition taking place within a few weeks time. All artificers of Achyon are encouraged to seek out Technomancer Freda Von Bohm to offer their assistance with the aftermath of the expedition's success.
Quote:"I am no ornate or warrior poet, But I shall speak to the rest of the realm. Barsburg has been a powerhouse with no intent on stopping. We've been dominating the mainland since its creation due to our technological advancements. To this day, we shall expand on our reign of Esshar. Be it through force or the compliant surrendering of our opposing nations. Heed this warning now, join the machine willingly or be crushed underneath its treads."
Technomancer Freda Von Bohm
ᔸ A recent clash between a member of the Deep Company and personnel of Achyon’s military seems to have soured relations between the leading brass of the Empire’s colony in Esshar. Word of a meeting of utmost importance between the Council and the Pirate’s captain is said to be planned in the near future.
ᔸ There has been no announcement regarding Achyon's official stance regarding the Starfall Academy.
