To increase food variety and have more than tea or burgers being the only food a chef makes at 100% cooking, I think each race should have a single food item they can make that other races can't with ingredients that match the (prime) location of that race and with a boost that makes sense. The boosts can overlap or whatever.

Also give us birthday cakes already.
