Novus was created on one principle above all else, the freedom of education and the pursuits of all knowledge.
Almost ten years since the liberation of Novus from New Tannen, the city is finally prepared to formally begin classes at the Novus Learning Center. The council welcomes all allied and neutral nations to come to attend the courses offered within the walls of the City of Knowledge.
Those from Osrona, Moxtli, and Galamea who have an open mind and wish to learn may write to the council to seek special permission to attend classes despite the state of war.

"Knowledge is something that should be open to everyone, regardless of origin, race, or age. Here in Novus, we seek to provide unbiased and unlimited education in a variety of subjects. Uninhibited by the morals or ethics of nations within Esshar. It is best to learn from masters in their art than to blindly fumble into destruction. 

We welcome teachers of all varieties.

Students of all walks of life.

⚙ Anyone who wishes to teach lessons at the Novus Learning Center is encouraged to reach out to a member of the council (Or through discord @OneBrainCell#3291). Classes must be approved before they are posted.

⚙ Classes will be held at the Novus Learning Center, located all the way up the hill in the city unless specified otherwise.

⚙ Classes are open to all ages and walks of life. If you are from an enemy faction, you must receive a writ of passage and approval to attend classes from a member of the Novus council.

⚙ There will be classes from medicine, artificing, and alchemy to occultism, holy magic, fleshcrafting, and riftmancy. No topic is taboo in Novus.

⚙ Per Novus law, as long as you are within the city violence and fighting are prohibited. Those found breaking the law will be asked to leave the city.
