In the wake of the Gloomlight assault, and the loss of one of their Exarchs, a period of stillness had fallen upon the fractured Citadel. Efforts being channeled towards the reorganization as a couple of years passed in relative quiet, letting wounds mend. Yet now, movements stir across the lands once more.

Notable changes and new establishments are announced, while the banners of azure and gold grace the North again; structured and ready, the Militia of Aegis prepares for crusades anew.

• With the fall of Sabathiel Caewynn on the battlefield, Eivor Ualdirsson now stands as the sole serving Exarch of the Citadel, marking a departure from the diarchy system for the unforeseeable future.
  
• Rising to meet the Atrellyan threat, the soldiers of Aegis mobilize once more, their gaze fixed upon the western shores of the peninsula, and the Ashen Tower.
  
• Hina Lam is anointed as the Ambassador of the Ten's Citadel, bearing the mantle of responsibility to manage affairs and foster communications with the various Kingdoms of Meranthe.
  
• Under the stewardship of Morath Dawnseeker, the Church of the Silent opens its doors to all who seek solace in the faith of death, revering Mortyl and Caius in solemn worship.
  
• The Obelisk of Ualdir rises within the Citadel's walls to combat the threat of Walpurgis. Warriors of Meranthe are beckoned to empower it through the slaughter of Fel and their ilk. Despite its current absence, the Exarch promises swift rectification.
