Toji traverse to the mainland after teaching his little aggressive child the dark arts. Seeing a magical beast he felt like eating it but something was odd about it seeing how it wanted to feel pain. Toji defeated the little creature until it was at a point where it was push to its limitation and mutated. Toji would try to recuirt the odd creature and felt like this odd magical beat might come in handy when it time to train himself.

Toji VS Ingolf

Toji looking after a magical beast when he was approach by the ascended wolf called Ingolf. It seems like it was on a hunt while Toji had to deal with Pain. Upon him finishing teaching pain the truth about the world he was rather tired but wanted to test out his capable skills. Ingolf and Toji clash which seems to be one sided at the start and eventually change as the fight continued. Toji lost due to the massive strain of his new techniques and the heat which was displayed by the powerful ascend wolf demon Ingolf. Leaving the area he tend to his wound. 

Toji vs Aegis Man

Toji minding his own business trying to meditate make himself a step closer toward Imperfect would once again have to fight for his life. Toji now in control of his rage, not wasting any movement and blocking perfectly using his power to face crystal and metal magic. He demonstrated to the person that he wasn't something to take simply, hitting harder and harder. Toji won and seek to push his fist toward become death itself.
