The Governor of Prospera had decided to publicly speak out to what remains of the residents of his city, after his arrival - it was known that Prosperans were to follow and adhere to the same laws within Gloomlight and the rest of the world, and the Equisol had been doing nothing but ensuring such. Going through homes and looking for anything suspicious with the Captain of Astra in tow. 

After his preparations were complete, most residences occupied previously by both Lucky Luciano and Katrina Astalet were seized by the state, it's furniture burned and many of the possessions still left behind thrown in the bone fire.

Melos stood alone; addressing those that remain within the city.

"By decree of the Oracle, I have been assigned to your city.
To ensure past mistakes do not occur again.
To end a festering cancer.
And instill a sense of true purpose past your own greed."

"I am Melos Equisol, your new Governor.

I am here, as stated before - to ensure this place is no longer the debauchery capital of Meranthe. While Mei Hayme's knowledge of the happenings around was limited which can be only attributed to trusting the wrong type of friends. Anyone can make this mistake, but it has been made more than once. We are all human, after all -  and she'd taken the steps necessary to mend her mistakes.

And I am here to make sure they never happen again; as the Warden wills.

What's going to happen to Prospera? Well, what should've happened decades ago - turning into a place of true Progress and Innovation.

With that, I give you an open call - those I've contacted personally to come see the lab in the Undercity, already know of my plans to ensure such an innovation take place, but those I have not - nor have any knowledge of - are welcome to visit and talk to me regarding their own projects and the possibility of working on my own. I will give everyone a chance, and with that chance - we may all be able to etch our names in history itself."

With that, the Equisol returns to the undercity, preparations are underway for his project.
