Character: Eyihl
Which Event: Shallow Graves
Responsiveness (Were their narrations posted within a reasonable time-frame and were they quick to respond?): We didn't really have to wait too long for the narrates, all good here!
Balance (How entertaining were the battles, and any obstacles/traps?): OH THE BLACK HOLE MY BELOATHED... please punch me before making me suffer with it again
I got desperate a bit with parts of the fight. I was 'AAAAAAAAAAA' and i believe that was the intention- SO ALL GOOD HERE TOO.
It wasn't impossible, though; just needed to squirm my way [properly]. So, it was nice to have!
Storytelling (Did it feel like an adventure, did the content of the narrations meet your expectations?): I was actually surprised about the scenarios that ended up appearing- and they were SO NICE?? It wasn't 100% what I was expecting initially, but honestly? Probably for the best! I was honestly jumping to see what you had up your sleeve, and I waaaasn't disappointed.
(i would maybe say to point early if something is to be ignored! this isn't anything big, but I'm yet sad about that cave : sob : )
Fairness (Were the punishments justified and earned, was the risk to reward ratio good?): I loved the item I got, I appreciate the thought that was put into it <3
Not only that, I felt the others' were also pretty nice and interesting! I would bump against that NIGHTMARE again for it, soooo- yay!
Overall:
The fact that you handled well our random craziness is pretty telling lmao
I always have a masochist fun with rolling dices and it's lovely to deal with it for things that aren't injuries- I appreciate you testing our luck!
(and appreciate even more when a DM has to stare at a result on dice and question his whole existence)
I AM YET TO GET OVER THE FACT THAT I WANTED MORE AND IT ENDED
one day i will...... maybe
*shakes fists to a npc*
Any other comments:
I was having some problems with freezings and this dampened a bit my experience regarding combat--- I was SAD and I need to VENT
(granted, this doesn't reeeeeally has smt to do with the dm)
It was a bit hard to get ahold of a time that worked for everyone, but it was fun, at the end of the day!
It's probably worth noting that if you have a group with wonky timezones....... yes : sweats :
