After reading such a note with talk of purifying the tower there is no way for RISE not to take a stand in this.
To sit on the sidelines and watch as these sheep run amuck on their domain.

You and your people messed with the tower and failed to keep those of your domain safe from the thing that you brought back with you, yet you want to come back and mess with the tower once again like the last time worked so well for you sheep.

You really think that whatever is up the tower is going to let you just do this, I'll let you in on a little thing as they aren't and I'm not going to let you anger that thing any more than it already is for all you are doing is put everyone in danger of its wrath and I will not let you put humanity at risk like that.
