Coming out of hiding to stretch his muscles, Toji encountered an powerful lightning magi which seems to was gang by the magical beast. Seeing how the person was laughing after defeating two of the magical beast he would step up to see what was this person made of. As they started the person was all over him hitting three time harder than him after doing so much fighting.
