In response to the Western Front's call to action, a youth, barely appearing to have reached adulthood, would be the first to respond.

 

"To the leaders of The West:

I have been contemplating the passage of time lately, realizing that it may be more limited than I had previously assumed. My name is Uriah Dominic, and the Castle you seek to claim holds great significance to the people whom I hold dear - my family. So, I cannot allow outsiders to take control of a place so tightly related with my family's history. I have already experienced one loss, and I am not willing to endure any more. The Maw holds a special place in the hearts of many, serving as a bank for both cherished and painful memories. For some, it represents a dark past filled with events long past my time, while for others, it is a sanctuary, a place where they basked in the love bestowed upon them by their families.
 
If necessary, I will defend it. I cannot allow outsiders to claim such a place.
 
Let it be clear that this is not a declaration of war. There is still room to talk- to negotiate, for compromise, and for finding a solution that satisfies all parties involved. I had the proper conversations with certain people and from our talks, and when we talked, we all came to an agreement, the identities of those that I've spoken with will not be disclosed unless they choose to speak up. Such a course of action not only promises change but also ensures that there will be no need for bloodshed on your part. All I ask is for the opportunity to address you, to present my case, and for you to keep an open mind, to truly listen to what I have to say.


All it takes is a single letter.
