Following the death of Catildre and the Prithvi Djinn's inability to preserve her life, the Skyspire has been awfully vacant. Some weeks later a letter would mysteriously appear on Dal'thala's central messaging board. The parchment was thick and silver, the font black, and the edges of it gold. News of this announcement spreads fast to the relevant parties.

Well, it looks like my time is up! It sure has been a lot of fun, and I did many things I shouldn't have- boy I'm going to be in trouble- but it was worth it!

Humanity is even more spectacular and captivating than the rumors from above claim. You are all so unique, and terribly flawed, and astoundingly gifted... I'd love to stick around for a bit longer, but the sealing ritual used up the last of my power. It hurts to even breathe this world's air, right now. Had to try anyway, right? 

To my treasured Sons, I'm sorry that I didn't say goodbye personally. You might do something stupid like convince me not to leave, but if I don't now the opportunity may pass by forever. I'll be watching you! Come and find me, one day. Or don't, but I expect big things regardless!

To the Lumin-King, I'm entrusting you with my lamp. Keep it somewhere safe and well protected. It's impossible for me to bring with, as it was bound in the summoning. Don't try to use it to bring me back- ever!- or that would end in disaster! You're the wisest, most honorable person I've had the pleasure of meeting on Meranthe, so I'm sure it'll be safe in your hands!
