It's been little bit over then a decade since the creation of Serenity. Things changed a lot within the land since then.  

• Under no circumstance, The Fel and it's arts shall be tolered in the Kingdom. Council Member Entchen Silvanas has been executed alongside her riftmancer husband Vel. Before the decision of an execution, the entire case has been researched, Vel has been exposed to use fleshcrafting to re-edefine the very structure of nature in the creations of abominations. So deep onto it's own delusions, that in the end, during their exectuion he choose to turn his own weapon into a mutant that would devour both his own body and the former council woman into a pile of flesh. While there is various indictions of their strange connections, such as the nature of their relationship, the very decision by itself came from the fact that both of them kept a close contact with individuals from the Fel Nations. One of such individuals being Astraeus Hireath, that has been show to have a deep connection with Vel, giving him support on various cases, including even Vel saving him from prison once. While Entchen supported the acts of her husband going against the Silvanas Clan doctrines, she has been know to treat voidic individuals such as Sanctuary in good manners. 
  
  

• An old and secret mission had been assigned to Merlin Silvanas years ago. To prove that Alucard is infact alive and plotting against Prospera using his connections with Vel and Entchen. Since then, the King has made it's decree, a nation wide hunt to capture Alucard Sun. The one who also goes by the alias of 'The Unbroken.', anyone that has caught sight of serenity's prey is encouraged to contact King Silvanas. While it followed by the bounty paper with name of 'Vienna De Zikaru.' after her clash against the commander Merlin Silvanas. 
  

•  Due to the impulsive decision of Merlin Silvanas and the betrayal of Entchen Silvanas. The ruling system of Serenity Dunes has went through some changes, the council system has been completely removed and it's entire system has been shifted to a one man rulership. As a result of such change, Merlin Silvanas has been removed from the council and his powers as a advisor on such subjects has been taken away indefinetly. Though for those claiming Merlin's magical inflictions on things like magical plague. Welcome to do a check up on him within Serenity.
  
  It's even encouraged by the king himself.
  
  

•  Due to the amount of effort, loyalty and time given by Lokhos Silver and Elarian Frostblade, the two have been appointed as the first captains of the Sandstorm Vanguard. Responsible with the teaching of the newer generation alognside with providing support to the kingdom.
  

• During the rescue of Adrian Alintau, the King Silvanas has captured the demon that went by the name of Il'vera, the last spawn of Igor. No more sight has been seen of such beast after that night, the air around Serenity's Dune becoming more and more raspid to those of with fel origins. Clearly, something big is on the way.
  

• With the recent developments army of Serenity finally have a proper name to itself.  'Sandstorm Vanguard' as the warriors and hunters of the Fel. Shaped and inspired through the doctrines of the Silvanas Clan. Following by new set of cloak that is currently in works.
  
  
  

• Since the recent destruction of Eden. Secondary squadron formed under the 'Basil Mooney'. Goes by the name of 'Ascension Division' , responsible for reaching new heights within the tower.  Anyone that is interested in joining and giving assistance is encouraged to reach her.
