A tumultuous century nears its end. The 21st century did not begin kindly for the Realm of Delphina, a trend which would haunt it in the decades to follow. Knives within and knives without bleeding and dividing the nation time and time again, and yet against all odds that land known for its decorum and delicacy would so too prove itself determined. Of all the powers which knew and endured the catastrophe of 124 there would now be but a molten mount, a strange phantasm, and only Delphina left with the privilege of recognizing itself in the mirror. One hand reaches delicately up towards hope and pride, as still she stands; another tensed shut by pains still felt, fitting tightly around a bitter and vengeful hilt.

ʚїɞ: Terror strikes, the very spiritual core of Delphina's people tested by a sudden attack at the behest of the Grand Guignol upon its capital. Unlike the last time the dramaturgical damned struck upon the Realm, however, they would be repelled dissatisfied. A toll of civilian life, minimized but not neutralized, sows the painful seeds of zeal rather than despair, a rite to snuff the light of faith failing to take hold. That light is carried to the old home of the Pantheon, where a miracle ensues.

ʚїɞ: A decisive victory is scored across the Strait of Scales, the Kingdom of Dawnstone responsible for Queen Melanthia Alinteau's death is left in ruins with Ludmaz Dawnseeker disappearing into the Void alongside his castle. Craters and cracks scar the isle, though thanks to the a daring and diligent few disrupting the tandem work of Xarxes and Ustrea the true depth of catastrophe that could have been wrought is left only to the imagination.

ʚїɞ: Tensions wind higher and higher. Delphinans and the Aphrosi remnants resettled in Gloomlight chafe from classical philosophical rifts regarding the occult and things far more strange and novel. A string given strength by what common goals may have been shared in severing the writhing tendrils of the unholy from Meranthe grows more and more tested leading to the First Sundered Conclave. It snaps shortly thereafter, when the Oracle of Athelios is found in renege upon the Conclave's demands regarding an entity by the name of Servant. For the charge of standing in protection of an ally to the Grand Guignol and necromancer, the regime of Lirael Equisol is called for dissolution.

ʚїɞ: With the dramatic collapse of ties to what is now derided by some as the Phantom State, certain domestic policies within the Realm are swiftly changed. Not only the use of the occult, but occultists as whole are made forbidden from the streets and forests of the Realm's dominion. No warnings left to be promised, occultists who come to Delphina will not be tolerated.

ʚїɞ: Suiting a reign named after Nemea's most sacred flower, ties of faith and understanding of the spiritual hierarchy beneath the Gods strengthen and deepen. A hallowed spirit of Nemea is summoned, with hopes of more to come. A syncretic rite of cleansing demonstrates in tandem the vessel of judgement known as Euphaedra and the first instance of Sirenian sacrificial ritual performed in many years. So it is, and so it has been: Though a land rooted in Faeborne custom, a mandate of rule divinized by the Goddess of Seasons, those faiths which offer no practice in disharmony to the edicts of Nemea are faiths which are welcome among countrymen.

ʚїɞ: Charged with the peddling of stolen relics in collaboration with RISE among other misgivings, the Crafting Delights Company goes from being barred out of business to being ruthlessly hunted for any trace of what remains missing. A statement of commendation offered to the people of Raven's Hold, for ousting the company of their place in Storaland.

ʚїɞ: A wealth of festivities and celebrations are hosted in the name of Nemea's seasons, as is essential to Her traditions. Whilst formal hierarchy oft eludes the faith, there yet exists traditional titles to match certain accolades of connection to Nemea. One comparable to that of Radiance as commonly wielded in other faiths is that of Luminary, and of recent years a second has come to rise within the dominion of Delphina and contemporary communion of Nemea: Sunsets over Moonlight. Those wishing to learn more of the faith would do well to seek them out, or the elder Luminary Camino de Caewynn if he is not preoccupied with royal obligations.

ʚїɞ: Shown by certain acts of ritual sacrifice, a new priestess of the Sirenian faith has come to practice in recent years: Ria. So too is it whispered that the oft reclusive High Priestess of Nereides has begun to make more frequent appearances to the public, to the fine oppportunity of any wishing to learn more of such faiths.

ʚїɞ: A trading post is established by fashion magnate Uranus Okabe, situated in the heartlands of Meranthe some distance from the dominion of Delphina proper.

ʚїɞ: Citizens with an interest of enlisting with the Elzara have their options of approaching Captains Ria and Nelaeryn, if not Commander Mars Okabe himself.
