Oh boy.
There is a lot to talk about here. Not only were the responses on point, and we didn't have to wait much for any of them, but everything was personalized around our characters to a point where I believe some of us probably not going to be able to leave their bed at the end. It was on point.
The only time we truly waited for something was because of our own doing and how we tried to handle things separetly. Very well done. Truly a remarkable job.
Balance:

I think it was fairly balanced. Each challenge was specifically designed against our characters, besides combat. Each one of their regrets and traumas was simply presented throughout the entire event and combined with one another. It was not the battles that were the real challenge, but our minds and our personalities.
Of course, when it comes to combat, it was quite challenging as well. Not in a way that would cause some issues, but simply enough to keep us on our feet all the time.

Honestly, upon everything we experienced, I think storytelling was the best part. Each section of the map was not only interactable but also filled with lore, slowly building up more towards our characters. Everyone experienced something unique to their own, which simply made things a lot better not only for the event itself but for our characters.
Since each person leaves the event as a different version of themselves, grown from what they regretted the most.

For everything we experienced, I think rewards and fights were quite fair. Each challenge and puzzle presented was way better than the previous one until finally reaching a climax! Though I am giving it nine instead of ten because, well, I've been hitting jackpots all night. I think my luck is simply too broken to create fair circumstances for myself.
In all honesty, though, it was quite good. I think everyone left the event quite pleased with the challenges, the story, and, most importantly, the rewards they received. Couldn't ask for anything better.
It's just that good.

It was truly a wonderful experience that I think I am never going to forget. If you're looking for someone who is quite capable of writing a very creative story, let alone something that would put your character into a new perspective among themselves, while, of course, being interactive with one another almost all the time.
I think Onebraincell is your best bet.
She will give you an experience that you never going to forget. Both for you but also your character.
