Character: Giancarlo Marques
Which Event: Reverence to The Dead.
Responsiveness: 10/10 - The event had multiple parts, separated. A true puzzle that relied on the help of each participant, so that together we could find the necessary solution to proceed and have our respective rewards -subtly traumatic- in my case... And honestly? OneBrainCell managed it, even though the characters were isolated, she responded quickly to all of us! Flow will happen if you expect that from OneBrainCell!
Balance: 10/10 - Naturally, OneBrainCell's event is focused on the narrative, on the impact it can make on your characters - but don't doubt the CHAOTIC capability of the bosses! They are perfectly fitting, balanced, and rich in their story. Don't just see them as obstacles in the journey - it's much more than that, believe me.
Storytelling: 11/10 - I consider myself the strongest, the motivation for why I like having OneBrainCell as a DM. This was my first event apped and taken on by a DM, and one that I had the pleasure of seeing was being treated with the care and love I expect. It wasn't just a simple narration; it was something focused on -within- our characters. It would stir, motivate, infuriate, awaken something new within them and - in us, who, despite being players, also share the feelings! It was so much fun!
Fairness: 10/10 - Teamwork. Story. Combat challenge. Puzzles! Equally balanced and more than satisfying rewards, I would say. Simple and straightforward.
Overall: 12/10 - Now here comes the highest recommendation! Do you like long, detailed events where every detail matters? Where everything has a story? If you really value your character and their story A LOT, you'll love OneBrainCell because it's her talent. Long events with a lot of love and care for what your character represents. There's more reward than just the treasures at the end of the event... She really makes a point to delve into each participant and work around what your character is. Nine hours of event, and every minute well spent! Zero flaws.
Edit Note: Expect part 2!
