After an assembly of leaders concerted by the Oracle of Athelios to agree on the terms and conditions, the final pieces have been set for a war of words and wits. A Tribunal to comprise of a representative from every nation to determine the fate of Palade Avincus and Edward Aubreen in abidance to their victims' conditions and demands.

Luminaries of every nation--save for those aligned with the malevolent forces--have been bidden a seat at the Tribunal. A representative from: the Frontier, Audhild, Dawnstone, Delphina, Fortune, and the host city, Aphros, to be presided over by the Oracle as its Judge.
