Theria, The Free City

A declaration is made to the world.

"I've prepared this declaration on behalf of my peers upon the council to better cement where Theria stands today and where it will stand going into the future. I'll introduce myself for those who've not heard my name. I am Seneca V Shar, Prince of the Rhoyns, Dragonlord of Drakes, and leader of the Golden Flame. Now, Warlord Lukas mer Joyau was ousted from the city during a power struggle with the leader of the Syndicate Cameo Orn Octavius. However, the council has decided to maintain their previous declaration of neutrality in the conflict taking place between the Tower and Osrona. This will not bar individual Therians or guild from joining under personal contracts. It simply states the city as a whole is not involved itself. In short? Don't come seeking vengeance or reparations else you'll be in for a bad time.

• Theria First - The Free City officially pulls out of the conflict between the Tower and Osrona. Instead turning inwards to focus upon it's own devices. 
  

• The Golden Flame - Two guilds, The Auric under Lira Eyrni and the Flame Keepers under Ashe Lieyan, have merged together under the Warlord Seneca to form a new future.. The Guilds focus shall be in the liberation and integration of the Rhoynish people within Theria as well as establishing safety for the city and it's people. Both within the walls and without. Supported by the famed alchemist Celine and the Forges of Warlord Lumi.
  

• New Home of the Rhoyn - Serving as a beacon for freedom the call rings out for all those of Rhoynish blood who seek freedom to come to the city. Their safety and security has been endorsed by the Warlords Dun, Sajid, and Seneca.
  

• Rise of Ryujinism - With the influx of Drakanites and Rhoynish brought to Theria, a rising of Ryujinism has been seen as the people look towards the Lord of Spirits for guidance. These developments have been supported by the Warlords Dun, Sajid, and Seneca. 
  

• Negotiations With Sluthia - Under the direction of Warlord Seneca, diplomats and merchants have been sent to the nearby Kingdom to open up political and trade dealings. Supported by the Warlord Dun.
  

• Hall of Mercenaries - The Warlords have begun gathering relics of power for future generations within the Hall of Mercenaries. Warlord Sajid make's the first contribution in this new initiative. The Ambassador placed within it's vaults so in times of strife a new wielder of the magitech gun may pick up his mantle.
