Theria, the Free City

Following a series of unfortunate events within the city's gate, Warlord Lukas mer Joyau makes an announcement to the city.

"Earlier this year, known mercenary, demon slayer, leader of the Thunderbirds and Thunder King himself, Teodor Hargrave, was killed within Theria's gates by no other than the Tower's leader herself, Veles. This is unacceptable. For the very moment of this announcement all demons who hold current ties with the Tower are barred entry into Theria. Our ties with the Syndicate are also severed. We're a city of coin, not nonsense."

No changes aside from that are made to who is allowed within the city. 

The city aims to maintain neutrality. 

Those not aligned with the Tower are still welcomed into the city alongside other Essharans.

All Warlords still sit upon the Council.
