im tired of demons saying they don't want caps

the game is way more fun when you take risks, i understand not wanting high cap risk if you're a developed character say with lots of meaningful equipment you've developed, so that's why you can pick and choose your battle more carefully.

if someone mains your friend, but you haven't fought them before and you go to get revenge apparently it is a mandatory cap 0 fight before you go for a cap, so that alone is stupid and curbs a lot of roleplay.

Demons cant want cap 0 cause of they count as outlaw
