It came from nowhere

I'm the favorite, it had grown from me, and it will never set me free.

The best years of my life taken, but how to resist? whispers so tempting.

I knew something was wrong since the beginning, but i let it continue, let the feeding.

When i thought i had win, was finally left, i was so wrong it came back to feed on what is left.

All my efforts were in vain, i still feel it eyes aiming next for them.

My body follows the flux of time, i wonder if it will ever be satisfied.

Still haven't find a way out, if my body perish first, i will never know what this is all about.
