The Supreme of Moonfall held her third annual Black Sabbath in order to make a few announcements regarding the policies and structure of the village.
On this dark night within the confines of the blessed Vale, the depraved of Esshar came together to hear her words.

"Lemuria Augustus, one of the most brilliant minds of our village, will be opening our very first School of Occultism..."
"And our very own Tonashi Botcher, the Loyal Merchant, has been given the position of Caravan Master. Moonfall's market and the trading post are now his domain, and the crafters of our village will fall under his care."

As for other news, after a series of discussions and advice given to either side of the divide between the Atrellyan demons, the Supreme puts out another statement, a clear declaration of Moonfall's loyalties.

"As it stands presently and as I hope it will continue to stand, Moonfall follows the Dark Tower and Lady Veles on all fronts. The war against Osrona continues, and with whatever interests we are called upon to serve, we will do so."
"In addition; the law of demonkind serves us best in these times, for as we know these creatures beyond mortality are likely to stir their own chaos regardless of who leads them. Many rule themselves, and as such, Moonfall defers to the aged saying:
Might makes right."

Only those present would know what else was shown and discussed, but rumors of an abomination are sure to spread even from the sealed entrance to the Vale. The Witches of Moonfall are said to have outdone themselves in their cruelty, and visitors have sworn they saw nothing less than a shambling man walking the streets, a body that by all rights should be dead.
