A man of mystery appears with information about all and every thing but seems rather harmless. He been traveling and observing and taking note of everything. Now since with the knowledge which he had obtain he tend to uses it for himself to create a settlement of dangerous people with no restriction. He isn't a strong leader but an dangerous one.
