The clinking of machinery can be heard, as deliveries of weaponry and equipment make their way toward The Docro Manor directly from Promethia.  While goons arm themselves with state of the art equipment, Vasilli pyr Docro himself can be seen taking himself atop the wall of his manor.  A cigarette withdrawn from behind his ear and lit as his deadened gaze observes everything he's worked so hard to create. Alliances form and begin to arrive, as expected and planned - some form of attack under his looming influence and supervision clearly coming to fruition.
