Novus Citizenship

Multiple booths appear around the city, an order made by the newly appointed Chancellor. It felt rather abrupt, as there was nothing that preluded such a thing. Though, to clear the confusion, the Chancellor has come out to speak about this matter and what it entails.
 

To those who might not be aware, I am Sol Vanrouge, the new Chancellor of Novus. There's something that I've noticed, which is that some people flaunt Novus citizenship, believing themselves to be citizens even though that's not the case as they aren't registered. That, in itself has caused several problems in the past.

 

But that changes now.

 

Throughout the upcoming year, 1918, those who would like to apply for citizenship can come get interviewed. As for the current citizens of Novus, or those who believe themselves to be citizens at least, are to come renew their citizenship. Failure to do throughout the year will result in an eviction.

 

You can either seek one of the booths, the council or myself for the sake of applying for citizenship or renewing.
