Name of the Settlement:
Novus

Building Purpose:
With the continued interest in Novus and the opening of the Novus Learning Center, the city seeks to expand once more for more rooms within the school building. Additionally, as the city goes to war there is a newfound need for a proper arena and a prison to hold those who do not warrant the death penalty. Lastly, we are hoping for a private lab area for the Novus inventors in their less public pursuits and research.


Area Description:
We are looking to expand the Novus Learning Center (formerly the Forward Operating Base) to accommodate our students, military, captives, and research pursuits.

Characters Involved:
Vorso Family, Novus citizens, and potential citizens, Novus business partners (Too many names to list)

Requesting:
We are looking to expand the Novus Learning Center to have additional wings off of the right and left sides. The hallways of these wings will have new apartments (akin to the church in Osrona or Temple of the Ebonblooded.) At the end of the left hall, we are hoping for an arena, a proper interior space to train that doesn't bug out like our current makeshift one in the workshop. At the end of the right hall, we are hoping for a prison to hold prisoners of war or other captives.

Additionally, we would like a guild-only warper within the Headmistress's office to the upper floor of the Learning Center for the more delicate and private pursuits of the Novus inventors.
