Name of the Settlement:
Novus

Building Purpose:
With the liberation of the settlement and the sudden influx of citizens and interest in the city, we need more room for more people! Novus is becoming a thriving city rather than just a small settlement and we need to accommodate interest.

Area Description:
We are looking to add onto the northwestern and southwestern sides of Novus near the Forward Operating Base and the docks.

Characters Involved:
Vorso Family, Novus citizens and potential citizens, Novus business partners (Too many names to list)

Requesting:
We would like to add an apartment complex (something like Osrona or New Tannen have) to the northwestern side of Novus alongside a public tavern. Layered alongside the top residential tier beneath the Forward Operating Base. We would like to request a town square of sorts with seating down by the docks alongside merchant stalls (Essharan merchant / luxury shop) and locations for player stalls. 

We would also like to request the addition of sea walls by the docks of Novus as an additional defense for the neutral peaceful city.
