Name of Establishment: The HMS Skyrat, the glorious return of aerial navy brought to you by rat ingenuity.

Building Purpose: An airship docked next to Francesca's Point to house the Razuka fam and their crew, along with being a vehicle that can be employed by allies of the rats.

Area Description: The placement of the airship sprite would be roughly within the circled area. There would also be a warper to enter the ship's interior that houses a couple of rooms. The sprite and interior would be the same as Osrona's old airship.

Requesting:
-Warper into the interior
-Warper back out
-A couple of open cabin rooms
-Mayhaps a guild owned room to establish a sky bar

Characters Involved: Skyra, Mya, and Niffty primarily with support from leaders in New Tannen and Novus.
