Name of Establishment: Big coven hut number 4, we would like for it to be renamed the Witch's Brew

Building Purpose: Right now? Nothing. What we are looking to turn it into is an actual tavern-esque place. Somewhere that has some market stalls for the Dreadwoods merchants to sell their goods within the faction, currently we have no market stalls, also? A bitchin' underground fighting ring would be stellar. Real hive of scum and villainy.

Clearing out some trees to the east for farm plots would be nice.

Area Description: At the moment the hut is just north of the Jian Xi's old cottage, little by itself so there's room to spread it out a bit. 

Characters Involved: Nanzo, Mizuki Dorcha, Eurydice Vanreth, Kuro, Nathanial (he's in the picture look at his little hat.) are the main ones but its goal is an RP hub for the whole faction and the factions pretty big right now. 

Requesting:

-  Make the building ownable.

-  Add some market plots.

- An underground fight ring added.

- A lot for the second story, with rooms.

- F-farm lots?
