⚙ Novus has made an agreement to merge with New Tannen. The settlement will be a vassal of New Tannen and under the authority of Governor Mikhail pyr Docro. 

⚙ Per command of Governor pyr Docro, Eris Vorso has been named spokeswoman and head of Novus's internal affairs.

⚙ Following the construction of the new settlement, the inventors and engineers of Novus have already begun big projects in the name of progress.

⚙ Novus welcomes allies of New Tannen or those who wish to cast aside their current allegiances to join the settlement and engage in the collaborative efforts of inventing and engineering.

⚙ Rumor has it that Novus seeks research into the arcane as well as the technological arts.

⚙ Scholars of Novus seek out information on any and all magics, technology, alchemy, and history to collect within their library. Those willing to share their knowledge are encouraged to reach out to councilwoman Eris Vorso or to librarian Eurydice Vanreth.
