House Astor

Name of Establishment:

Once the Star Shelter Sanctuary it has been long abandoned and now named as grounds for House Astor.

Building Purpose:

The final of the three major noble houses of Osrona, House Astor is the only one lacking a place to call their own. They are now looking to remedy this issue.

Area Description:

Located just outside of the walls of Osrona, the Astor have come to purchase the old Star Shelter Sanctuary, now looking to turn it into a lodge for their house to stay. In the future, hoping to turn it into a great manor like the other houses own.

Characters Involved:

Acacio vey Astor, Yvette, Ascella ven Grimmore, Asterra, Alexandros, Callahan K. Gardios, Adrastos ven Astor, Ulysses ven Pelleaux, many other nobles in support.

Requesting:

-  Moved just a bit closer to the walls of Osrona.

-  Farm plots outside

- A few added rooms.

- LOWER THE DAILY UPKEEP COST
