Capturing someone is an exercise in pointlessness.

                     But I can feel it when they seek to capture me

Should they fail and end up in my hands, they shall have strikes of three.

Three and no more.

Everyone knows what happens at strike three, after all!

Strike One: I shall take away their fear. Drag it from their skin, make them fearless, make them heartless. Impulsive, wishing and wanting. Perhaps that will make their second attempt one worth my while, should they have failed to give me a good fright! 

Strike Two: My patience runs thin! A mark then, Naysien worshippers scream that vengeance is the grandest of motivators. Is it not? My mark upon the mind, let it twist coil and rot. Will that motivate them? Will they put more effort? Will they actually hurt me? Scare me? Only time will tell!

Strike Three: Oh Dear.

Your time is up.

This became an exercise in futility.
You'll never be enough.

You'll never scare me.

And that's on you.
