Oddly enough, that umbral summoned bird would soon find it's way back the Vanreth. Yet it seemed to cough out in agony, it's eyes burning now with a lilac flame. Such a flame was eating the creature from the inside out , the dark magic seeming to puppet the bird into turning those scorched irises to the Witch to deliver a message.

From it's tormented form, a distorted voice would echo forth- hijacking the vocal cords of the fowl for it's own purposes.

"Rejoice, heathen, for this is the final act of kindness you will receive for what little time remains in your pitiful existence.  I shall teach you how you truly brought forth your very own ruination. You have slain a whelp of Naysien's Brood, one who was just beginning to properly grow into the wings he was blessed with. A whelp that I was fond of and was hopeful to watch soar to the skies. Whenever one of Naysien's blood, one of her Draconic Children, was slain by the hubris of men, do you know what happened? 

She did not relent in her path of slaughter and destruction until enough blood flowed to sate her desire of Vengeance. Say your goodbyes to your fellow heretics. These next few years shall be your last.

After it's message was delivered, the 'messenger' was utterly consumed by those lilac flames. Flames that seemed to leave a horrible chill and frost in the area. Flames that smelled of an ill omen, of Death.
