Building Purpose: Provide proper housing for the Ossumear family and their children
Area Description: West of Family Tree Café, where currently destroyed ruins remain. The building itself will hold about 6 rooms for now. Possibly expanded in the future.

Funds: Currently, I, aimi, have about 10k upon me but, clag would have adequate amount as well to fulfill the proper payment. Edit: Clag is gonna add like 40k to it to fulfill the proper budget
