This ic was to attack his loved one's and the people whom Boreas left the Coat, for.
It's publicly known that said people would be at the Tower, or the Cafe.
They were pursuing to be annoying, after...they were locked behind fences inside of a building.
The entire point of the break-in mechanic was to make it easier to pursue people.
