Name of Establishment: Cresentis /Chrono Family Manor

Building Purpose: A big mansion with a whole purpose of a Guild and living space for current and next generation of Cresentis and Chrono Family Guild known as Cresentis Family. Also this spot is in a good position away from various factions that are considered hostile or otherwise.

Area Description: A big three floored family mansion that with a big living room , 10 big room for family members ,a library with workshop inside of it and a empty room with for all kind of purposes, there is a also a medium-sized basement for family to use. While there is a arena that family can use outside of the mansion!
It's on the biggest island that near the Arachnator quest (Coords:390,389,1)- (Also ore location will be still around the island)

 Map Progress / Plans: It's basically a really big mansion that provides protection to the family and guild members belonging to the Cresentis Family Guild. This space shall give them a place to improve upon their training and teamwork. There will likely also be a future generation of children so space is the main concern for everyone.
