Name of Establishment: Memento Vivere
Building Purpose: Research and development, and hopefully long term an expansion could be made. It's also for creating a specialised forge.
Area Description: A newly constructed underground facility with a couple of spare rooms for study, or containment of research samples and a centre room for a forge.
Characters Involved: Four characters total I'd like to keep names secret.
Map Progress / Plans: I require this to be mapped in. Ideally an underground place with two-three rooms if feasible.
