Name of Establishment: Immortalem Tower

 
Building Purpose: The construction of a Tower in the crater of Moxtli, making the land a territory of Pauper - as well as serving for future construction and plans of the Overlord.
 
Area Description: Over the ruins of the tribal city, a black tower would stretch to the sky - the undead that had moved into place contaminated the land, wandering around the structure.. The putrid necromantic energy emanates from such thing, being a beacon of the power of the Lich - as he begins to expand his control across the lands.
 
Characters Involved: Nidaz Vanreth, Hina Vanreth, Gwendoline Vanreth, Lazav pyr Docro, Nikolai pyr Docro, the Family, Tiger Reave and other people from Pauper.
 
Map Progress / Plans: We'll be starting simple, with a tower in the center of the place to turn it into the Overlord's territory - to make future projects in the area possible. Such as the Gateway and others.
 
I will talk appropriately and explain what is desired with Mappers, once the project is approved.
 
Funds: 20k + ( up to the admins to decide, we can gather as much as needed )
