Dracula send out a letter to Burly and Nidaz to speak with them. Seeing how they were renown throughout the world he felt like they could discuss some matter important matter and come to an agreement for the future. Was he planning something? Who know and who to tell. He would clearly state that the in the letter that the meeting place would be at Burly place and didn't care to ask him why his place. He felt like it would be a place which the news reporter would love to see the people of interest speak.
