The easternmost settlement of Esshar has been seem brimming with a resurgence of life with the past few months, with new faces coming to reveal themselves on the daily, and old faces resurfacing from the shadows with new opportunities, and new promises made of avail-- The most tempting of such prospects? Vengeance against the Family. Asphodel, with its new change in leadership, has begun taking proactive measures once more to bolster its numbers, for that very reason.

◦  Following the sudden kidnapping, and soon after, treason of Seth Vanrouge against the Docro family, Asphodel, in rank with the Mire, have turned against the Family in an opposition.


◦ The former 'kingdom' of Asphodel, has taken the shape of a Duchy-- With Seth Vanrouge as it's Duke, and Annete Alricht as Duchess.


◦ Recent attempts to reclaim wealth are actively being made in order to expand and fortify the settlement guised only with swamps. There are talks of creating a facility complex for the minds set on advancement of various fields.


◦ Preparations for an expedition to a far off continent are being made, with Valmasia as the target location. Many vampires, and some who've pledged fealty to their cause will be attending.


◦ Those who do not swear loyalty to the Duchess and Duke and/or those deemed unneeded in Asphodel will be evicted; should they not do so and not move out in a timely manner, their properties and everything kept within shall be taken away forcibly.

◦ Advertisement of Asphodel's local bar, Volikhar's Coffin, touches nearly every corner of Esshar. Would its appeal lure you in?
